After an initial consultation to meet and discuss your goals, a specific research plan will be defined and agreed upon before commencing the project. Any research already conducted and/or documentation that has bearing on the research plan must be provided prior to the start of the project.

There is a four-hour minimum for all research projects. This includes the drafting of the research plan, review of any previous research, evidence collection, analysis of evidence, and a written research report. Unused funds will be refunded. The number of research hours authorized is completely under the client's control. No work is performed or fees charged without the client's approval. A 50% deposit will be required before the start of the project. Travel and copy costs, if any, are charged separately. Any outstanding balance will be due on the conclusion of the project and payable before the final research report is delivered.

I am a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG). All services offered are provided in accordance with the APG Code of Ethics.
